This beautiful home is in a perfect location because we are right by the freeway making your way around Rowlett fast and easy. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants! You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Walmart just 1.7 miles away! At the same distance you will find all our shopping centers and dining places! Walking is good for strolls but if you want to actually get somewhere you will need a vehicle. Getting out to highway 66 is better to do through Chiesa Rd, and not through Shipp1.
